The fairies are in The Docks, Trickshot Challenge, The Abandoned Hut, and another level that I can't remember. :p

Just go to a level that didn't have a spell or armaggedon sword piece.

its in the level called plants gone wild. go through the opening just south of where you start where the high grass wall thing meets the diagonal line of bushes and proceed south
