This topic is for chatting about mafia games that are going on, but you aren't playing in, and you want to voice a non-information-revealing opinion.
There are a couple of rules:
1: No giving any information WHATSOEVER! I don't want people saying that Blah is Sponge in the Sbimabloby themed game. Vote for him!
2: If you are in the game, you shouldn't chat in here. Players will probably use every word you say against you. I'm not saying you can't, just that you shouldn't.
3: You can also discuss things like suggestions for cool new roles. As in, Bob says that a good role for an ocean themed game would be the sponge, who obsourbs a person's energy each night, so they are unable to do anything. Like the roleblocker. Then Bobbyjoe, who is hosting an ocean themed game, says that that sounds great, and uses it. However, the role must have the following things:
Name: (name of role goes here)
Description: (description of role goes here)
Wins if: (what it has to do before it wins)
Team: (what team it's on)
4: This is NOT a thread for starting mini-mafia games.
5: Above all, have fun.

That's true... maybe it could just imobilize the people for the night.

In that case it's a uberpowered mafia roleblocker.

We did, we just didn't say so. Anyway, sugestion:
Name: Mind Bender
Description: A normal townie, but when attacked, the person who sent the attack is under that person's control votewise, so they must vote for who that person wants. But, the mind bender still dies.

I think he should be town or mafia, depending on the host. He's pretty powerful.

Frost biter: like role blocker, exept he can freeze someone for a day of voting.
He's pro-mafia.

I think he should be town or mafia, depending on the host. He's pretty powerful.
The reason is if he is pro-town, he might get the godfather. That would be bad.

So basically he is just a mafia roleblocker?

No. He's a role-stealer. That's a major difference.

Overpowerful, and a bit too useless. He can't help his team, because he's not got a team. Here's an idea I had:
Name: Cable Guy
Team: Host decides
Description: He is like a vigilante, except if he targets someone, he has a 25%chance of killing himself with his uncontrollable electric cables.

Name: Immortal
Team: Depends, should be town, but host decides
Description: This is based off Highlander, a movie. The first time this person is 'killed', they come back alive the next day.

If that was true the mafia could never win!

No, it would just take two times.
Julian

It would be for a team with an extreme disadvantage.

I don't like the idea. Everone would know who that person was then, and they'd just die again.

Unless of course, the kill simply failed and didn't give the role away, as it did several times in my last game.
