How do I make custom menus in RPG Maker XP?

Help appreciated, thanks.

Either build them from events and pictures or code them in Ruby script.
(Also, do yourself a favor and look for some tutorials on coding things like these)

I don't know, do a Google search. There are hundreds of German tutorials on that matter, there's got to be some English ones as well...
