You need the Shovel for both 1 and 2. And for 3, you must have defeated the Toy Factory, picked to join or get beaten by the Onion gang, then have completed 3 quests for whoever's side you ended-up joining.

Done 1st and 2nd. For the 3rd one, do I have to finish Power Down?

And where is Haunted Highway?

Yeah. Just do Power Down, and when you come back up...
For the Haunted Highway, go down the bottom-left exit from the toy factory, then head to the far left. I think.

There are 2 exits south from the toy factory.

You need the one that is furthest to the left.

Yeah. That leads to Westwood, except on the opposite side of that river.

After you beat Toy Factory and choose a side, go talk to the Historian again. Then you'll have beaten the quest. :)

That's a bok-bok! Go to the Shroomulan Camp, to the left of Geyser Grotto, and talk to the shroom in the flower-hat.

I was thinking of a map with the name of the place written in a box... kind of like the map of Bouapha's Text Adventure in The Guide to Supereme with Chese...
