Mafia Game 16 Signups

Now that those of you who are playing the fifteenth game have begun playing the previously mentioned game, I believe that it is now finally time to begin signups for the sixteenth game of mafia.

When the fifteenth game ends I will begin sending out roles and such for the 2^4th mafia game. The instructions that have been referred to multiple times are currently down, but since everyone has been playing for quite a long time now, it really shouldn't matter.

That's about all I had. Now get to signing up.
