Still, Io, a moon of Jupiter I believe, is pronounced Eye-Yo. So it's not counted.

"Whofh" should be used in more pronunciations. ;)

I hereby nominate whofh be the ultimate syllable. It is a useful syllable if you are saying "Bouapha" the Koopa way, or singing, "Whoooooofh are you? Whofh whofh? Whofh whofh?"
