Do you know where every piece of the Armaggedon Sword
is; and why is the Armaggedon Sword better than your normal
magic wand?
I mean: What does the Armaggedon Sword do?

The Armageddon Sword replaces your staff. It fires the most powerful fireballs in the game, in the form of skulls. These skulls home-in on monsters.

And it's also required to get it (and all the fairies) to be able to get access to Challenge Mode.

And it gives you the Armaggedon spell, of course, but it's not very helpful because of it's huge mana cost. (But it's still a fun spell:D)

Armageddon makes monster encounters in madcap easy. :)

It isn't, although it makes the boss fight much easier (though it's already quite easy to begin with). If it was required to get to Bobby Khan, missing a piece in one chapter would keep you from finishing the game unless you start over :P

Short answer: Nope.
Longer answer: I don't think so, but I've only gotten that far having the ASword.
