Need help on The Mines

I am so close to unlocking the Super Bonus!! I have 38/40 stars, and the two missing stars both come from The Mines. I absolutely can not get a 200 combo or 200,000 points. I've tried killing all the enemies except the ones on the top (bottom?) floor, to give the moss room to grow (so they won't max out on enemies), then killing the moss at the last minute, but that doesn't work. I have no other ideas. Can somebody please help?

The score and combo both come entirely from the moss. You need to restrain yourself to a constant pace, working your way around the room, leaving ones behind to grow more. You'll have to come back around a couple times, so make sure you work as slowly as possible without actually losing your combo.
