GB already does count. :p (And you can't find out how many posts you have using the Search function- It comes up completely wrong)

The search function only comes up wrong if you have more than 500, because that's the display limit.

I've been manually keeping track of my posts since the post counts were removed at the phpBB forum; Total Mayhem posts and posts that were lost in the forum crash (or through other means) included, I should currently have 1438 posts, at least that's what my .txt file says -o_-o

How far should we go back? If we count from when we first joined, as well as all of the Total Mayhem, and the number listed in my sidebar thingy, mine is probably over three-thousand. Of course, I've been here for almost five years now, but that is beside the point. Clearly most of my posts have gone missing.

I have post 302 times.
But I would say I love Total Mayhem, because I have normally only 180 Posts. It would be better in my opinion that all posts count.

The search function only returns 500 results. :p

Trust me, there's a reason Total Mayhem posts don't count, and it's better this way. You see, we had a 'Spam War' way back at the phpBB forum that had 5+ people competing for the highest post count; in other words, spam posts were made in Total Mayhem every 5 seconds. Eventually, the whole of Total Mayhem was cleared in the Post Apocalypse (or Spamocalypse, as some call it) and the post counts were temporarily removed completely. The only reason they're back now is because vBulletin offers the possibility to make Total Mayhem posts not count. So it's either that or no post counts at all if we don't want another Spam War to occur :O

Well, there were several months between the Spamocalypse and Jamul hacking the files so that the post counts disappeared.

I'm 99.999% sure there weren't "several" months between those two incidents, but there was a bit of time between them. Still, how does this prove/disprove/otherwise affect anything? Or did you just post that for the sake of posting? :P
(BTW, Jamul making changes to his own forum can hardly by called 'hacking' :P)

EDIT: BTW, the way I wrote it, I didn't actually clearly state that there wasn't any time passing between the Post Apocalypse and the post count removal.

Let's see... I have roughly 550 Combined posts, in this profile, and near 600 in my old one. (That was there before the Spamocalypse) So in total, I should have around 1150 posts.

P.S. My old one got re-set when the new forum came, but I still remember the number.

P.P.S. Wow, If I hadn't made a new profile, I would have 994 non-TM posts!
