I exercise around 45 minutes each day

25 basic Crunches on the ABLounge
25 each side Oblique Crunch ABL
25 Extend Leg Crunch ABL
25 Extend Arm Crunch ABL
30 secs of hip flex
25 Advanced Jacknife
25 Lateral Jacknife
3 min eliptical cooldown
1 min moderate resistance sprint ELIP

3 min ELIP cooldown3 reps on bike:
5 times up/down driveway
1 time around yard
repeat
