I think that's too high a resolution to look like a SNES game. Unless you want something the quality of a flash game or a MUGEN character...

I never said anything about making a game.But it was inspired off of a ps2 game.Marvel vs Capcom 2

I haven't pointed it out so far, but that logo looks quite like WW, except for the hair colour. :p

Very nice. I tend to draw with pixels, because I can't get my head around PSP. :p

The logo was supposed to be me.
I have everything on there and my hair is naturally black.
My messenger bag is brown now I had to retire the gray one :|
Oh I didnt use PSP i used Paint.NET
You dont need expensive programs to make stuff like this . .
except Flash . . that was expensive.
