Challenge Mode secret levels?

I've heard of these, how do I unlock them?
I'm currently on Challenge Mode Chapter 3.
(Some of these challenges are just cruel. I don't expect to get 100%)

Once you reach Chapter 4, you can choose to buy Chapter 5, which has the bonus secret levels.

And you should go for 100%- Once you do, you can afford to buy the ultimate super secret which is the ultimate prize in Kid Mystic. :p
