Well, actually it depends on the board and how permanently you are banned and what the admin does...

Here, I suppose Jamul might delete you from the member's list...

Under this setup, I would presume that deleted names would not count, but they might be if Jamul can still see the names on the list (ever see blank pages on lists? Apparently those are because the mods can still see posts, and as they are visible to them, they count in the post count of a topic, thus bringing the amount of pages up; at least it some systems)
