Hm... While we don't celebrate Halloween in Germany, we (well, younger children at least, i.e. normally not me :P) do get to dress up (and collect candy :P) on German carnival/Fastnacht (in certain regions, at least; where I live, "Fastnacht" is actually like Halloween without the spookiness :P), so that's what I based my vote on >_> (can you guess what I voted? :P)

Yeah, we don't celebrate Halloween either but a lot of people dress up (more or less) on Walpurgis Night.
Well, I didn't vote anything because I remember having dressed up as a pirate and ghost (long time ago) and those weren't options.

Until I stopped going about two years ago, I always went as a Grim Reaper. I've never gone as anything else. (Well, I might have been a ghost once, but I'm not sure...)
