I'm not lactose intolerant, I just prefer silk. Oh, "Don't really drink it" would be my actual answer... I only use silk for cereal and to make smoothies.

2% milk is usually called "lowfat milk", and 1%, I don't know what they usually call it, but it's the next one down before you hit nonfat.

I normally use it only for cereal and tea. Semi-skimmed, whatever the equivalent is in this crazy, percentage-oriented world.
