Any ideas on particularly obscure brain locations would be greatly appreciated.

If you have the radar, just enter each level and stand still a while. If it targets your own brain, then you can skip that place. Otherwise, get moving!

Are you sure you got all 6 in the Underhollow? They won't show up on radar.

It LOOKS like I've got all 6 in the Underhollow. I can enter and leave all six rooms without being set-upon.

At least the room now seems empty, and I do vaguely remember fighting a spider.

How do I get the brains in the upper-left in the Tomb of Sparks and the one in the lower-right in the Tomb of Bones?

FOUND IT!!!!
It was in the Tomb Of Din in the room with the blue barrels. I hadn't switched the lights on!
Strangely, this didn't seem to appear on the brain radar.

Now I have only 99 brains INCLUDING the Underhollow six and Tomb of Din blue barrel one.

What brains won't show on the radar until they are activated?

I definitely don't know which is where, but just as in Supreme, brains created by a special won't appear. Ones held by monsters or sitting on the ground will.

I don't know that zombies there gives brains, they appears again! ;)
