What do i do after i get the first 6 hammers?

By first six, you mean all except the last hammer, or you mean the six hammers not including the plain red hammers?

Well, I'll answer both.

If you are missing the last hammer, you need to get to the Tomb of Bones - cross the lake and exit to the left.

If you have all the hammers, you need to work your way over to the Underhollow, through the Sleepy Forest.
