You need to set a conveniently-placed eensie-weensie on fire to get to that one.
Oh, and to answer the original question, there's a bonus candle available here if you get rid of all the hay.

In the demo, I actually DID manage to get a cow down close enough to open the passage.

There are three candles and three brains, plus a journal page. Also a brain outside in the top left area.

One candle is in the bottom right area ... set an eensy weensy on fire near the hay. I think this is the "passage" SM was talking about. Another candle is on the far left towards the top. And the third is near the top right ... there's also a pair of pants there, I think.
