I am at the tiles, but cannot get them to spell out open. Any clues?

The first and last switches shift all the letters through the alphabet. The second reverses the list, and the third cycles the third letter.

Got the letters o-en, but can't get the p. Can you help? Thanks

Use the BUTTON which makes the Word from
OXEN to NEXO Then change the X or whatever it is to a P.

hit the second switch, then the third until the last letter becomes p. Then hit the second switch again.
