This is a strange bug; I tried so summon the three "Big Head" monsters at the same time by signing the ledger at the inn; Big Head Todd and Big Head Maude worked without problems, but when I tried to summon Big Head Rod afterwards, a "Bonehead" (or rather something that looks like a Bonehead) was summoned which doesn't move but constantly plays its walking animation and can't be interacted with in any way (bullets go through it and I can walk through it). I know you're not supposed to summon the three Big Heads anyway, but it's still very strange. The "Bonehead" also doesn't disappear anymore; it just stays there walking in place, even if I leave the inn and come back later -o_-o (Leaving the game doesn't make it disappear either -o_-o)
