Photoshop works very well for that kind of thing. The barely visible words on the back of the page is a nice touch. Fix the grammatical errors, and make the story somewhat believable, and it could pass for a real newspaper.

The grammar is better, the subject is something that might actually be reported in the news, you can't see through the paper like there's a light behind it rather than another page (the idea is good, but it's a bit too much), etc.
