There's really nothing you can do to stop spamming. You can only ignore it until they get bored, and burn out of interest. Unfortunately, this is quite hard to do.

2. Total Mayham for non-serious discussion.
3. A forum devoted entirely to spam.

However, someone would have to mod the spam place to make sure bad things aren't put there...
