If I have JetAudio, do I need Windows Media Player?

No.
As far as I'm aware, there's nothing Windows Media Player can do that JetAudio can't do (except crashing a lot), but there's a lot of things JetAudio can do that Windows Media Player can't do.
(I still wouldn't delete it, though; some external applications may try to use it for stuff or something)
