False Error?

Sometimes while i'm playing Oblivion my computer randomly restarts.
Sometimes it asks me to send an error report, but I usualy decline.
This time I sent it and it said this?

But there is no error code information. It just restarts.
Also, is this the info from the BSoD? Because that DEFINETLY doesnt happen. :p

It IS a BSoD, except Microsoft were slightly smarter in Win2k and up, and instead of showing the Blue Screen, the computer immediatly reboots.

Then my computer really hates Oblivion, because it never happens when playing any other games...

Oblivion is really intensive. It could be a hardware thing, I think. I'm no expert. I reckon it might be some flaky ram, simply because that's pretty common.
