I used to... but I haven't bothered since Windoze XP.

I do it every now and then, but I've recently found one I really like. It looks like normal, but it fills up with the colour blue, disappears, then fills up again. It also shows you how long you've waited when the computer is busy, thus making you see how annoyed you should be.
