By looking at the bold, I think you gave us the wrong link....

EDIT: Ah! I found the problem! The last charactor in the link should be the number 4.

No! I meant that there is extra stuff. The: "&filter=my_qs&time_span=all4" should be removed. So the last charactor is 4 (in the id)
