Jamul chooses to work at the pace he wants to. I don't know how much he still plays WoW, but quitting that might help. Still, I don't think we're going to convince him to change anything.
It's important not to rely just on Hamumu for games. Check out other titles while you are waiting.

The forums are moded! (At least TM) and I'm not sure if Sol Hunt can mod everything(though I think she can). Also, It's impossible to give Hammered a raise seeing how she isn't paid in the first place.
