Hm... probably either the Darwin's Fox (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Darwin%27s_Fox) or Island Fox (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Island_Fox) for me, can't decide :O
(Oh, and Kiwis are cute as well :D Though the sub-species you posted isn't classified as endangered, I believe.)

My favourite animal to endanger is the penguin that attempted to bowling bomb me.
