The Vault--Is it possible in Challenge mode?

So I beat The Vault in Challenge Mode, but I took Insane Rage. Now, can I still get the 1000 points? It seems like the monsters will only give me 800 points or so max.

I think you have to get them all in one combo while going super-fast and not getting hurt, or something weird and annoying like that. I know that this challenge is possible because I managed to beat Challenge Mode to 100% completion!
