It's not as if he did it on purpose. Anyway, people break stuff all the time, and he's probably the one who bought it in the first place.
Is breaking other people's stuff illegal? I have no idea about petty laws like that.

Sorry to hear about it. If you can't return it, consider getting it repaired somewhere, or through nintendo. Either that, or you can sell it broken on eBay for parts, maybe. It'll sell, but not for a whole lot. It depends if the actual screen is broken.

That message is the future, my friend. We should use our own words instead of stealing the words those English-speakers came up with. Words like "gabazoogle" can be used to express so many more things.
