But normal hangman is too old, how about reverse? You have to guess letters that are NOT in the word. Once the amount of letters in the word that are not in it are guessed, the round ends.

Since Q, V, X, Y, and Z are most uncommon, I'm only allowing them to be guessed every three rounds.
