It seems to be glitched on my XP. What should I do?

Open the Opengl version instead.

If you go to the CP folder in the Start Menu, there are two versions. One of them has (OpenGL) next to it. Use that one.

thats what I did:
1)I made a bat file called open.txt in my CP folder.
2)I edited it to say "costumeparty.exe opengl"
3)I saved it as open.bat
4)I deleted open.txt
5)Now I always open open.bat instead of costumeparty.exe
