I learned future tense in French

You know what this means!

Je utiliserai!

Vous devrez comprendre!

But heres how you do it (for regulars),

You take your future stem (the infinitive) and add the future ending (avoir expt, Nous and Vous are Ons and Ez)

For example,
Er
(Pronoun) will swim

Je nagerai
Tu nageras
Il nagera
Nous nagerons
Vous nagerez
Ils nageront

Ir (not sure on this one)
(Pronoun) will lose weight

Je maigrirai
Tu maigriras
Il maigrira
Nous maigrirons
Vous maigrirez
Ils maigriront

Re (Drop e of infinitive)

(Pronoun) will lose (Muh ha ha)

Je Perdrai
Tu Perdras
Il Perdra
Nous Perdrons
Vous Perdrez
Ils Perdront
