Love the new additions from buying Winter Pack? Well, show your love for the Winter Pack here. Even if you don't like them, still try! All you need is Costume Party Winter Pack and a great imagination.



Rules:
Your level must have at least 10 tiles that have something from the category "Winter".
The level must look its best.
All submissions must start with WSCD08:.
All submissions must be turned in by December 18th, 2008.
The places will be decided by which is the highest rated, and if there's a tie, highest rated and highest difficulty. And if it's still a tie, I'll play and decide.


Awards:


1st: BETA TEST a world and a sig picture.
2nd: Test a world and get a sig picture.
3rd, 4th and 5th: Test a world and get a special sig picture. 3rd gets a bronze-colored sig picture.
6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th: a special sig picture.
11th and on: a sig picture.
So get going!


6th to 10th can get the signature picture for 10 YB.
11th and on can get it for 20 YB.

Sounds cool - I'm in. So, WSD08: is the phrase? Just checking, because it seems to be the WSC08.

Also, It does look somewhat cool, but centering all your text makes it harder to read.

Difficulty must be 3.0 or under. That cannot be controlled, difficulty depends on how the people rate it.

Not to mention that it contradicts your tie-breaker.
What if they both have a difficulty of 3?


And I think the name should have been WSC08:
(Stands for: Winter Spirit Contest 08(Because "Winter Spirit December" doesn't make sense to me...))

And your award system is at very least confusing...

EDIT: You might also consider extending the deadline abit...

I can understand having a difficulty limit because it encourages more fun, and reasonably easy levels. The trend in CP is unfortunately to have short, uninteresting easy levels, and long, interesting, mega-hard levels.

If you're not encouraged, I'm also in too. If you don't win, you won't be able to compete in the 2010 Tournament! So get building! :D
