Yup, that's right, it's not called roo adventure any more! I changed it so much, the name "roo adventure" isnt really neccesary anymore. you may have noticed i havent Been on this forum. Or my own, this is because of two reasons, 1, SONIC ADVENTURE 2 BATTLE! 2, This project. it's not free roaming any more, it's strict storyline. and it's almost ALWAYS sidescroller, and it mainly involves battles. and whenever you win a battle with a character, you can play the story from their point of view. (like in sonic adventure DX cirectors cut) SO far, i've onhly done roo and dr. j. suggest others! and, finally, general gerald is featured as a character! and dr. j isnt so much of a badguy anymore... Oh no! i've said too much!

Were they too difficult to work properly?

it BROKE! I tested it out and so many gruesome things happened.

Here's a list of characters you can play as. each with their own view of the story:

Roo, Dr.J, Muscular joe(?), Damien, Flayroo, VORBIS, seth, crush, Trub, Blackroo, Kid Death, Claws, Bolbot Mk 1 through 10, T.R.O.N., Raa, Sahara, The mothership, The fathership, The electric encyclopedia (as a playable character? :o!), General gerald, Roboroo, The rouge, Megadillo prototype, Megadillo, hack, death, elder death, Negadillo, Flash and Spark, Z-Trub, Z-Crush, Z-Roo, The laughter, Crushzilla, The sprit of darkness, The dragon of darkness, Betty (A giant tank used to stop crushzilla), Kayroo, Dinoroo, Ash, Young Dr. J, Raa (As the main character) and paradox.

hmm... i'm going to have types of character, but i'm not sure what like.. these are what i've come up with to start with.

neutral - Roo, Dr. J, The Rouge and Seth - the usual, can do their piledrivers and such.
heavy - general gerald and Z-Crush - have the unique ability to roll (that's right, ROLL.) on enemies.
super - Megadillo, claws, elder death, hack, negadillo and the dragon of darkness - these have the unique ability to fly. oh, and they have superhuman strength! :mrgreen:
Alien - The mothership, the fathership, T.R.O.N. - has many unique powers.
that's just about all... not really, my brother is chucking me off to "do homework"

Agile - Damien, VORBIS, flash and spark (flash and spark are one character.) - can run quite fast. Use arial attacks a lot.
Engineers - Electric Encyclopedia, Raa, Ash and General Gerald (He's a heavy on foot and an engineer the rest of the way! Making his story very amusing.) - are in control of machines.
Giants - Crushzilla, Bolbot Mk 10., Dinoroo, betty and Tin master (why isn't he on the list? cos he doesnt have much of a backstory.)

Tell me if i've missed any.

Megadillo: A computer file created by Dr. J. hoped for one day to be his lucky day and have him launched into a physical body. the file is huge, but is about the size of a human 7-year-old. He has been designed so that when he is launched into a physical form, he will be genetically perfect. Super-Strong, Super-Fast, and have the power of flight. So strong he can lift up the likes of PLANETS. the last words he heard from his master was "Go. Kill general Gerald no matter what it takes. Even if you have to join R3!" He didnt, but he was given permission to. that's it, i'm updating R3!

Hmmmm.... So did the game change names or not(Galaxy Roman Stories? Roo Adventure 2? Or are they different games!?)?

I'm confused... And Free-Roaming is funner than side-scrolling(well... Most of the time anyway).

Purely side scrolling is... Okay, but... Meh.
