Super Kidio Details

I noticed something weird on the details for the level "Super Kidio! [1]" by TyTBone. There are only nine best times (#10 is ???), but there are at least 26 best scores (because I'm #26). So how many people finished it?

EDIT: Never mind; I figured it out. "???" is an actual person, because he/she has a time and when there is nobody on the list, it says "nobody" and has a time of no time at all.

I dont think you need to activate the account to play.

Also, the username might not be '???', it might just be characters that CP isn't familiar with. Though if so, I wouldn't have thought they'd be able to log in.
