The Level's Name Must Begin With "Summer:"!
Deadline Is Jan. 30!

Wind doesn't count, right? You can play levels with wind (but no other WP elements) without getting the WP.

No, you only could initially. It doesn't do that anymore, though I think there is a level that uses wind that can be played without it. New levels made won't work that way, I think. "* Fixed map requirement check" in V21.
