I keep getting calls from a seven zero number!
This can't be a real phone number though, can it?
I haven't tried answering the phone yet, but they have called about six times thus far today.
I tried looking into it, and found nothing of any use.... Except for that afew months ago they found it was for a Political campaign, but that's over now so I think it must be something different.
EDIT: Add one, just called again. Answered, line went dead. How evil!
Edit 2: I answered again and they asked for my mom. This seems even more evil then before, but perhaps the worst part is they disconnected before i could react to their statement!
ARG!
Perhaps i should stop answering the phone, leave it to the old folks to figure out.

Go to the police and trace the call if it seems like harassment! That's what it sounds like to me!

I'd make a "He's in the House" joke, but I just watched a horror Anime, and I want to sleep tonight.
Is anyone around? You might want to tell someone. Maybe they have an answer.

Have you ever talked to your parents about that? I mean, you can't live like this forever.

Ummmm, as long as I have my laptop accessable to me at the time, that doesn't have Parental controls on it. Well it does, but I don't think they have been activated.
Hmmm, I guess if there aren't any on my laptop then they could be removed from the computer too, because if I can't access it on my main computer then I'll just go to the laptop...
*Considers bringing it up in the next family meeting*
Oh wait, my family stopped doing that afew years ago... Hmmm... There's always dinner time!

I have found many ways to get companies to leave me alone, but they are at the callers expense. We don't get these kinds of calls much anymore because of these, but you need to know who it is as soon as they call, and usually now I pretend to be a person who is trying to sell the same kind of thing they are selling! It works well.

Hahaha!
That must get really annoying for them. I'll try to do the same thing when someone like that calls me

Well, the calls seem to have stopped... Perhaps because the last time they called I answered and let them talk to Sam.
Microsoft Sam......

Haha, that's golden. I'm adding that to my list of hilarious ways to get rid of telemarketers.

Ask them if they know what "RickRoll" is, and that "RickRoll" can offer better services. If they don't know what RickRoll is, tell them to listen to "something" (i.e. play "Never Gonna Give You Up").
What?
Did this thread just turn into a "how to get rid of annoying callers in a hilarious way" thread
If so here's a way read them a boring story that's what I did when I was very little and it worked

My uncle got a call from Mars. (Well, actually it was M.A.R.S.)
He also got a couple from Paper and Church! serious!
On a slightly off topic note, I just heard that in North Carolina at some time, a Criminal accidentally texted "R U cot yet?" to the police. They they replied: "Not yet, can u come get me?" and eventually that guy was arrested.

That's what this topic used to be about... Except there was a fourth zero on the end, not just three....
