You can order by a bazillion methods, and money orders or even a normal check is just fine. Check out the order page, on the bottom, it lists all the different payments accepted. Just do the online ordering as normal, and then at the bottom of the page where you put in your address and stuff, you can pick to order by mail (check/money order) or fax or phone or whatever if you don't want to do it online.
