I too feel pretty meditative about it. I pretty much only play on easy. Then you just kick back and watch the huge piles pop! I always get mad when the fourth color starts showing up, but it has too... otherwise an easy mode Treats game would never end! In the full version, there's also Chill Out mode, which has no purpose EXCEPT relaxation and meditation. There's a screenshot of it on the game page. It's fun. It gives you only one point per pumpkin, but I always find I'm in the thousands of points before I realize I should get back to work. It's just zen.
