you started with simple pumpkin bashing, theres probably moore pumkin themed enemys in DrL than any other type (BTW centipumpkin looks great) and now pumpkin popping.

is there something you'd like to share, it's ok, we're all friends.

The first game I made, through no fault of my own (it was based on an internet joke), was SPISPOPD: Smashing Pumpkins Into Small Piles Of Putrid Debris. The pumpkins in Dr. Lunatic come from that, since Dr. L is a sequel to SPISPOPD (the idea was that the pumpkins would be a surprise when you found the hidden level, taking you back to the days of SPISPOPD, which is pointless, since few people alive today ever played it!). The pumpkins in pumpkin pop are for the Halloween theme, the SPISPOPD thing a little bit, and the fact that they're the best thing to be popping in a Halloween theme.

I thought you chose pumpkins because they are so cute with their little faces! The different pumpkin smashing sounds are perfect. Also what else could be more fitting at this time of the year!

It's a fun game!

The different pumpkin smashing sounds are all just one sound. The game just randomizes the pitch. Cool trick. I seem to remember the game does that with a different sound, too.. can't remember which! I just have the demo now, I'll try to get it sometime, though..

Ah, but if you did have the full version (and spent a lot of Ghosts), you'd find that there are different popping sounds!
