I will be publishing it... that's the scary thing. I hope it works out! It's nice to keep 100% of the profits, but also those profits don't get quite so big when you're not available in Wal-Mart or anything.

And thanks about Kid Mystic... too bad they had to give it that stupid confusing title.

how much did you have to pay him?

He gets a percentage... which ends up being way too much money, I think! I've gotta move more towards the flat rate deal.

How do you go about publishing a game yourself? - do you have to burn the CD's yourself, make the boxes etc?

Yep. I hired somebody to actually do the printing, burning, and shipping. She normally does printing stuff, like business cards and stuff, so it was approximately up her alley, and she just figured out what it'd cost her, tacked on a little profit, and charges me that per copy. It's great because I don't even have to ship them myself, that is part of the service I'm paying for.

I should probably put up a picture of the physical product, but I can't find a good spot to put it. It looks pretty cool.
