Yay, a Stockboy question!
This isn't too tricky - the only thing is that, since the barrel will block whatever teleporter it goes through, you need to go in through the green teleporter first and clear an opening in front of the yellow teleporter (push the barrel in front of it down). That way, when you push the barrel through the green teleporter, you can use the yellow one yourself to go over there and move it. So obviously, then you shove it into the big pile of barrels (make sure you're arranging the whole thing to be a continuous block), then move the grey barrel to stop the ball, and roll the ball over and down to send it through the yellow teleporter. Then flick the crank and let the fluffy torch the place.
