no chris, i made levels for dr. lunatic. i never made the game.
making levels is extremly easy but this guy is looking for software to make a GAME not a LEVEL

i must of got the wrong end of the stick (it is not an actual stick jack), i thought u said u gave u game making... the only useful thing i found was game DEV but it was simple wel almost and it wa easy i was so close making a game it but why not is another story.

Game Maker is a good one. Version 5.1 slaps a GM advert on every game you make, so you should download 5.0 to avoid this, but if you do there will be a few bugs (only a few, though).

I make my own games, but I use Dev C++. Its just a plain old compiler. Try buying a book on c++ game programming, they normally come with a compiler

If you want quick games of an ok standard DONT use c++ to do it unless you want to learn direct X; but that would be to dumb even for here.
