badges ???

i was playin and i got 2 badges today 9one from larry, and one with a fork for killing stuff). I was just wondering if Jamul or anyone else has any help to get more badges, i'd appreciate it alot.

You will have to get together with the other players... Spectre had a bunch of good ideas! I'm hoping it will take some teamwork to finally arrive at all 30 badges. The rewards are worth it!

I was wondering if you could get a speedy boss kill for the elder vampires... I killed the immune-to-slingshot-fire one in less than ten seconds. If that doesn't do it I don't know what will. You do get a really cool badge for finishing off that boss* in under a minute.



*I don't want to give who it is away for those who haven't found it. Let's just say it's the one you get the crystal from. If you haven't found this boss but have found the three special keys, look through the haunted tower again.

I too enjoy that one, I'm replaying the game with it. While I do that I am getting my hands on the last of those speedy boss kill badges. I didn't find out about them until after I had beaten a few bosses so I am now on a hunt for the rest.

That's my favorite badge! I think it completely renews the whole game and makes it worth playing over as a completely different challenge. It becomes a WHOLE lot more strategic.

I have now just about bottomed out on ideas for badges... I am searching for them as I play through the game, but am out of good ideas. If anybody has a few hints for badges besides the hi score badges for the mini-games, and I would guess the full game has one too, I would greatly appreciate it. I have a few sneaky badges myself and would be glad to offer what assistance I can. Let's start working together and see if pooling our knowledge yields a few extras.

No, that's the 50-combo badge.

There are a few more in that catogory... like smashing all the cattails or all the rocks in rocky cliff. That one is hard. You need a lot of gems. Or you could use the witch badge. Then it would just take awhile.
