Vampire Tower

I am having trouble with the vampire elder in one of the corner towers. I have gotten 3 of them. The one I am having trouble with is the one that seems to be invincible. It can only be hurt when he falls. I am so desperate. I have tried everything. Would someone please help me. It is the only thing left in the Castle to get to the portal. Any help would be appreciated.

You have to use the boomerang and shots to push him all the way back, and then all the way over, then off. Do you remember where in the castle the first two bat heads are? I am going through the game again, and either the location has changed, or I forgot! I have one. (It is much easier killing the elders the second time through!)

You may have trouble with the one on the first floor. I managed to get it without realizing what I did to open it. This one is opened by a switch, the switch is in the museum. If you can't find one on a specific floor I'd be glad to go and refind it.

Thanks Donna. I am not sure where the busts are. I have forgotten. I saved over my game that had 93% and had to start over with a previously saved 64%. I had the same trouble finding them again. I am sorry I could not help this time.
