You have to get the girl to follow you to the door with the heart. Keep trying until you get her at the door. You have to flip the switches where Bonkula is and get him to follow you into the sunlight at the window at the top of the room. As for finishing quickly, don't start with the ultimate firepower badge on or you won't get the Farley quest. I think if you start with the all access pass on you don't get all of the quests either. Also...happy stick witch is all the way at the bottom of wicked woods. You have to have the little stick figure in your inventory. If you don't have it yet you need all three keys and to go back into haunted tower and unlock the three doors.
