ZOIKS...Badge # 30!

I thought that maybe playing with all of the 'mode' badges on at once would get me that last elusive badge. I have been trying to do that, and have even figured out how to cheat and save my game. However, I can not get Bonkula. There are three witches guarding the switches, and Bonkula kills me with one hit! I have tried going to the Evilizer, and then turning on all of the mode badges, and I even managed to kill him doing this...but I got no badge. Am I in the ball park...or maybe I am just REALLY complicating matters!!!

overcomplicating, not in the ballpark, misunderstood my use of the word mode. Let me rephrase: Badges are not limited to being used in Adventure Mode.

Don't feel bad Donna. I tried the same thing and it's a good thing I hadn't been drinking or hadn't already had lunch. It can make you rather ill trying to play with disco and vintage modes on.

Well, I played against every level in Boss Bash using badges at the lowest strength level, and no badge. Keep on trying!!

Why were you running into water at a 45 degree angle as the werewolf ??? just kidding, i cant help you guys at all , becouse i can't even get badge #29 or #28

Wait a minute guys...

using a badge...not in adventure mode...

has anyone tried using the swamp dog badge in survival?

or the frog-o-rama in bowling?

or something like that?

Perhaps this badge is for doing something so badly it's hard. Like getting -20 points in Loony Ball, I tried that one. Maybe missing every time in bowling? It is a possiblity. Hey, I found something kind of weird. If you play as a werewolf and run into water from above at a 45 degree angle while transformed you will suffer extra damage. It has no impact whatsoever on the game, but is interesting. I wonder if it has anything to do with a badge or that super secret thingie we might find once we nab that last elusive little badge? Don't ask me why I was running into water at a 45 degree angle while playing as a werewolf.

I have used badges in the other modes, and went to level 106 in survival plus mode, so I don't know what Mike means unless level 106 wasn't high enough.

my idea is that we turn on all the badges we can and beat the game !!!! try it , i can't seem to do it

I wish I could help. I haven't gotten it either...

I just think that from what Jamul has said, and from what everyone has already tried and not tried...

other modes seem like the place to start looking...

or i might not have a clue and i could be totally wrong...

Hey Sol705, I was sure that you had badge 30, and you were cheering me on, but I guess not!! I have played all of the games as the witch, (although not every level in Boss Bash), and as I said, I played every level in boss bash at the puny level. If you read what Mike said earlier, Justin, it is NOT turning on all the badges you can in adventure mode, which I am quite certain is impossible to beat. Anyway, I am playing as the frog, now, BUT I AM GETTING FRUSTRATED! Mike, this is a GREAT game, but it is ALMOST not fun anymore!

I GOT AN IDEA !!!!!! How about beating all the boss bash chalenges with a jumulio ranking !!! Or you can put on all the bades and try the soccer (REALLY HARD !!), i havent tried surviva; with hard stuff on yet, but i hope we are getting close. About this special thing after getting all 30 badges, will it be a queat, item, badge or what ??

I am going to try some of the badges in bowling, loonyball and survival and see what happens...

any hints anyone?
