That one is "a true hero" you get it by talking to farley, he is in the cave just before you get into the vamp castle grounds , look in there.

under the ravine i believe. Make sure you have lots of mp though, or he won't join you.

You need to have the fertilizer bag to get to Farley in "Under the Ravine".
