Yes, the 'ending' you get in the demo is to let you know you've finished all the quests that can be finished in the demo. The two other quests can only be assigned, not finished (because one is to win the entire game, which of course you can't do in the demo, and the other is to collect all the monster dolls, which you can't do in the demo either!).

On the demo, i beat it but i still have two more quests. Is that supposed to happen?
